Executing the Method

  • List Alternatives

    Have a large number of alternatives, preferably on post-its.

  • Draw the Table

    Draw the above table on any desired medium.

  • Sort Alternatives

    Sort the post-its in one of the three categories (No, Maybe or Remainder).

  • Review Sorting

    Review or discuss the sorting, and also review or discuss maybe alternatives and possible move them to no or remainder.

  • Continue with Remainder

    Continue with developing the remainder ideas.
