Review each idea and intuitively decide how many dollars each idea can get.
Distribute Dollars
Distribute the dollars over each idea. Remember, only 100 dollar can be distributed in total.
Group Variation
If this technique is used in a group, every team member gets 100 dollar and total dollars per alternative are calculated.
