Executing the Method

For a smaller number of ideas, list all the criticisms per idea (in the example format above).

Generate solutions for each of these criticisms.

Compare and possibly discuss the criticisms and solutions.

Select Alternative
A good rule for selecting is to select the alternative idea for which most criticisms could be solved.
