Executing the Method

  • Draw Tables

    For each alternative or idea, draw the above table for each alternative.

  • List likes, concerns and opportunities

    List the likes, concerns and opportunities for each of the alternative.

  • Generate new alternatives

    Use the concerns and opportunities to generate new alternatives and to overcome these concerns and opportunities.

  • Select Alternative

    Based on the new alternatives generated, one alternative might stand out and selected for further development. If no alternative stands out, try to repeat the former step.
